1. Branding and Appearance

• The office's website and physical location must reflect the Hatra Home brand identity and standards.
• All marketing and promotional materials must align with the official Hatra Home branding guidelines.

2. Exclusive Use of Hatra Home Branding

• Franchisees are strictly prohibited from using their own brand name alongside or in competition with the Hatra Home brand.
• The Hatra Home logo and branding elements must be prominently displayed on all official materials.

3. Mandatory Training

• Franchisees are required to participate in all training programs provided by Hatra Home.
• The training is designed to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to operational standards.

4. Adherence to Hatra Home Principles

• Franchisees must uphold the core values and ethical principles of Hatra Home in all their dealings.
• Failure to comply with these principles may result in the termination of the franchise agreement.

5. Agreement Modifications

Hatra Home reserves the right to modify this agreement periodically. Franchisees will be notified of any changes prior to the new effective date.
