Partner Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for partner offices using the Hatra Home platform without carrying the platform's brand name.

1. Fees and Commission

• A 1% commission of the property's final sale price will be deducted after the sale, as outlined in the User Agreement.

2. Publishing Standards

• All property listings must adhere to the quality standards established by Hatra Home.
• Non-compliance with these standards may result in the rejection or removal of the listing from the platform.

3. Partner Responsibilities

• Partners are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of property details and compliance with local laws.
• Partners must cooperate with the platform's requirements for maintaining listing quality.

4. Agreement Modifications

The platform reserves the right to modify this agreement periodically. Partners will be notified of any changes prior to the new effective date.
