User Agreement for Property Listing on Hatra Home

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions that must be adhered to by users who wish to list their properties on the Hatra Home platform ('the platform'). By using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Fees and Commission

• A 1% commission of the property's final sale price will be deducted after the sale is completed.
• This percentage will be automatically charged upon the transaction's completion.

2. Exclusive Listing

• Users are required not to list the property on any other platform during the listing period on Hatra Home.
• In case of a breach of this clause, the platform reserves the right to cancel the listing and take appropriate action.

3. Real Estate Agent Services

• Real estate agents affiliated with the platform will evaluate the property and capture high-quality photos.
• Agents will handle all property listing procedures, including preparing the content required for publication and promotion.
• Users are required to provide all necessary information to the agents to ensure the listing process is completed successfully.

4. Listing Cancellation

• If the user decides to cancel the property listing after the process has started:
• The user must pay all costs incurred by the agent for evaluation and photography.
• The user must also cover the publication expenses spent during the listing period.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users confirm that all information provided about the property is accurate and truthful.
• The user is legally responsible for any false or misleading information provided.

6. Agreement Modifications

The platform reserves the right to modify this agreement periodically. Users will be notified of any changes prior to the new effective date.
