Users can create, edit, and delete accounts. Publishers can manage their listings under the supervision of expert agents.

4. Permissions and Notifications

• Location Access: Required for location-based property searches.
• Photo Sharing: Allows publishers to upload property images.
• Push Notifications: Optional updates and alerts.

5. Content Guidelines

Users and publishers are responsible for the content they upload. Prohibited content includes false or misleading property details and offensive material.

6. Disclaimer

Hatra Home provides a platform for property listings but does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of listings.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dohuk.
