Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with a solid understanding of IT tools and digital strategies. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish, and has a proven record of surpassing sales targets. This role requires readiness to relocate to Duhok, Kurdistan, and immerse in the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team targets across residential, commercial properties, and land.
- Conduct in‑depth market research and analysis on the Kurdistan Region (and later Iraq) to identify new opportunities and guide sales approaches.
- Forecast and estimate projected sales volume and profitability for current and new properties.
- Lead negotiations and close high‑value property deals.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales goals and KPIs; conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide continuous coaching and product knowledge development.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships ensuring high satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
IT & Digital Integration:
- Effectively use company real estate tech systems for lead tracking, client management, and sales reporting.
- Leverage digital marketing (social media, online property portals, email campaigns) to boost lead generation and visibility.
- Use data analytics to track performance, spot trends, and improve sales processes.
- Ensure team proficiency with relevant software and digital tools.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and executive presentations.
- Ensure strict compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the Kurdistan Region.
- Manage sales budgets and monitor expenses effectively.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Progressive experience in real estate sales and deal‑making with clients and brokerages.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive market.
- Experience deploying IT solutions to enhance sales.
Language Skills:
- Arabic: Fluent
- English: Fluent
- Kurdish: Fluent
Technical Skills:
- IT background.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and business social media.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with proprietary / online real estate platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Strong ability to close real estate deals and form agreements with agencies.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
