Location: Duhok, Kurdistan Region Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with a solid understanding of IT tools and digital strategies. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish, and has a proven record of surpassing sales targets. This role requires readiness to relocate to Duhok, Kurdistan, and immerse in the local real estate market. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team targets across residential, commercial properties, and land. - Conduct in‑depth market research and analysis on the Kurdistan Region (and later Iraq) to identify new opportunities and guide sales approaches. - Forecast and estimate projected sales volume and profitability for current and new properties. - Lead negotiations and close high‑value property deals. Qualifications Experience: - Progressive experience in real estate sales and deal‑making with clients and brokerages. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive market. - Experience deploying IT solutions to enhance sales.
